            “Far from Ordinary” Art Exhibit and Performance is honoring these anniversaries:

New Britain

August 6 – Hiroshima Day [remembers victims], art hanging and preparations only [Candle-Lighting Ceremony ]

August 7 – Transgender International Rights and Education Day, Main art opening performances

August 8 – film, art and performance  [Outrage '69]

August 9 – International Day of Indigenous People, film and art  [Art and Apathy]

August 10 - film and art  [Encampment, Beyond Blue and Gray]

August 11 - film and art  [rough cut film by member of the collective]

August 12 – International Youth Day, film and art [Alrowwad, Pioneers for life - A Story of Beautiful Resistance

                                                                               Meat the Truth]

Art exhibit will be open daily August 7 through 12.  Exhibition will be extended through Sat Aug.15th by appointment (917) 476-8660, or at: Comedy-on-Main: Summer Sensation, Saturday  ?  August 15th  ? 8pm, The ladies of comedy return to Trinity-on-Main!

Many of Mriette Pathy Allen's beautiful, framed pictures are FOR SALE ($400 ONLY-ArtAndStruggle special - Normal price is $800 in NYC Galleries) at our exhibition until Aug.12. Also Mariette's book- The Gender Frontier, is here available for discount of $35. Proceeds from the sales goes directly for faster construction of our office and filling fees. You can park anywhere on the street, or you can park in the large multilevel parking garage next to the construction site and across the street of Firestone and Trinity-on-Main. The parking garage is free to park there after 5pm.
