Always wash your vegetables![they might be covered with pesticides and dirt you don't see]. Avoid antibacterial agents. Don’t use, plastic utensils or cookware and food in plastic[watter/food bottles and wraps] or cans with inner plastic coating [plastic release many toxic chemical damaging our health and increasing body burden]. Also don't use teflon. Ask your pot and skillet maker if they used any form of teflon on your product. Majority of nonstick skillets are made with teflon. [buy dry beans/lagumes in bulk rather than

Please experiment with recipes, modify them, and adapt them to your taste. If you don’t have or don’t like one ingredient’s replace it with another or leave it out. Try to avoid conventionally [pesticide/herbicide] grown product imported from across the country or abroad if you can buy local, organic produce. Many people spend big money on cell phone, fashion, luxury and entertainment, but than buy the conventional, possibly, cheapest food of the lowest quality, mainly from recognized national and multinational brands.
